Law 30.6.2003 n° 196. Protection of personal data.
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Dear Customer, according to the Italian Law 30.6.2003 n ° 196 and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 the writer is required to inform you, regarding the treatments to which he will submit the personal data that you or others will provide or which will be formed in the course of our business relationships, about:

a) Purpose of the processing

The collected data are processed for the following purposes:

  • fulfillment of fiscal, accounting, statutory obligations;
  • management of the contractual relationship between the parties.

b) Processing methods

Data processing takes place both manually and automatically. In particular, the automated form allows the organization of data for multiple search criteria; however, no extractions or aggregations of data are carried out for purposes other than those stated in the previous point, evaluations based solely on the automated processing of data are made;

c) Nature of the provision of data and consequence of any refusal

the provision of personal data collected for the purposes referred to in points a.1 and a.2 is mandatory under penalty of impossibility to put in place the contractual relationship.

d) Areas of communication

Beyond the employees who work under the direct control of the writer (administrative staff, operational staff), as part of the purposes referred to in point a) the data may be disclosed to public bodies or public administrations who request it in the performance of institutional functions, within the limits established by laws and regulations.
The data concerning the economic relationship between the parties and your bank details can be communicated to credit institutions in case a payment is agreed by bank transfer.
In the event that treatments that are not aimed at the fulfillment of contractual obligations or do not refer to the carrying out of economic activities are carried out, we will ask for your consent.

As an interested party you have the right to exercise the rights of the legislation in question (access, update, cancellation) you could contact the person as described in the following point.

f) Holder and controller

The data controller is the writer.
Responsible about the processing is domiciled for the office at the office of the writer.
